Mercy has Dawned

I tried to imagine the glory of your courts

Was this a reaching out of sorts

My heart was stirred and I knew I sought heaven and not thee

My heart was broken for it is You I seek, in your majesty Im made meek

I could be in the harshest of places

With you even darkest valleys of death are turned to portals of light

In your presence I will sing your praise

Your face is the craving of my heart’s eye’s sight

My spirit seeks to feel the warmth of the rest under your wings

Peace, Joy and liberty of eternal rest in You

Mercy shine on me daily

For the Sun of righteousness has dawned

Healing has touched my lips, in the ocean of your love I will be forever sailing

The old has past, He dawned on us for our sins to Atone

You are Love, your voice is delightful perfume to my nose

Your Word is perfume poured out, oil on our heads

Take my heart and guide me to yourself

Take me to where you are

To be in Your Presence and that of the Father

In The Spirit I seek to worship you

Your Compassion, My Joy, My Love, My Hope, My Desire

You are The Raging Fire, All consuming with Love that never tires

I will praise you for you are good, your steadfast Love endures forever

I may not be able to imagine the glory of your dwelling place in the Heavens

But I know that you are with me and you will guide me to yourself

That I may worship you, ever thankful for Life you have given me

Sponges and forgiveness

In Messiah

Like an astronaut untethered from his space craft, without Messiah we are lost in dark emptiness. Like blind men without guides without Messiah we walk aimlessly in darkness. With Messiah we are satisfied with the abundant life. With Messiah we have a Guide that is the Light of the World

Life may have its dark moments, but we always abide in Light.

”YHWH, YHWH, the compassionate and gracious God, slow to anger, abounding in love and faithfulness, maintaining love to thousands, and forgiving wickedness, rebellion and sin. Yet he does not leave the guilty unpunished; he punishes the children and their children for the sin of the fathers to the third and fourth generation.”

YHWH The Great Sovereign Triune God who is eternal and all knowing foresaw man’s tragic rebellion before a universe was ever made by his words that he uttered. By command He made all things. Before he made all things, He saw man’s sin. And Before the world’s were made He chose to by His own will to save those He elected to save before they even existed. And He worked through history to make this come to pass. The Great mystery revealed, Messiah in us the hope of Glory. This Triune God judged sin on the cross by offering Himself as a sacrifice for our sins. The Father sent the Son and the Son obeyed the Father in love, the Father exalted and glorified the Son and the Son shows the Love and justice of the Father which in Him are shown to be one. He does not pardon the guilty yet he atones for sin, how? He elects many for salvation for His Name’s Sake. And those whom he has not called are vessels of wrath whom he uses to show his anger towards sin which is their own choice. On the cross he died for all of us who he has called to believe. There was no chance that we would not believe. He willed it and his will is unstoppable.

The Kingdom of Heaven is coming, repent for righteousness shall shine forth and wickedness shall be destroyed. Messiah soon returns.

A little love note

The seas roar and by a still and silent voice are quieted Peace reigns in the hearts of the broken Sorrow’s pain is eased to bring love heightened Weak earthen vessels made to hold treasures that the world has long forgotten The storms are calmed by a whisper There is Light within vessels that were born rotten Peace bought by the blood of the Innocent Lamb Groaning in the spirit each vessel longs for bodily redemption Redemption they seek from the One who’s praises in heaven are sung Suffering and injustice cover the world Sickness and death bind up prisoners in darkness But in our hearts the Kingdom of Heaven has come, Light has broken in darkness behold The Precious Pearl The King has been given as a covenant to all the peoples Holiness, Love and Mercy break forth as the morning stars sing for joy A New Creation in the making and the church is its first fruits The Son of Man brings forth everlasting righteousness The heavens praise, the earth exults and mountains sing for joy All creation bows to the Exalted King of Kings The King has redeemed his bride In his mercy through his death for her all sins have been cast aside His sheep hear his voice, in our hearts a voice speaks The Spirit speaks and the word of God guides us through oceans of love eternally deep He is with us and shall never forsake us, He guards us, we shall not fear darkness when it creeps A consuming fire that is gentle to the touch The King who brings us to his paradise glorious and lush The Bride stands amazed as she has been by The Bridegroom’s love been hushed Love that speaks within her and covers her Clothed in His Salvation glorious in his beauty She rests under his wings, resting in a new creation We await the promise of redemption We live in His Salvation The Good News of Hope is proclaimed to those in darkness And as many as are called make the journey to Zion For there The Lion of Judah’s Love beckons May we dance together in joy eternal

Peace in Trust

Is it possible to have perfect peace in the midst of chaos? Is it possible for people to have perfect soundness of mind even in the midst of war and all sorts of terror? Not unless one has Messiah. The bonds of fear are made strong and bind up those who live without trust in the One true God. This fear may come in different forms, the fear of aging for some. Others fear death or poverty and a multitude of fears that bind up people in prison and eventually of course lead to that which they should have feared because they did not know the Son of God. For without Fearing Him who ought to be feared, one does not trust Him. For to Fear God is consistently seen as turning from evil, a type of repentance back to God for one cleaves to Him and refuses to do evil out of Love and fear of him. We have a certain respect, awe or “fear” for those whom we love for we seek not to offend them. Yet when the fears of this world ensnare people, they do not fear God but are blinded. As such they pass through this life full of fears, and then go into death and endure darkness…if any thing this is the sum of all their fears. Darkness and death, complete separation from all that is called good.

But for us, these fears around us should not cause us be discouraged…neither should we become fearfilled because of the chaos surrounding us. For we trust in the Living God. And in this we have perfect peace for He places it in our hearts….if we trust God…we know that He is above every thing in this world that would attempt to cause us to be fearful. Yes the fear of death is itself removed for we know that if we leave this body we shall go into the presence of our God in the Heavens. A much sweeter prospect than continuing on earth. Yet still while we are here, we are like the Israelites who were lead in the wilderness by God. God himself leads us and is among us and with us in us and we in Him. He promises that if we seek the Kingdom and its righteousness first, all our other needs shall be met by God. This does not mean we should not work, for scripture clearly commands us to work with our hands. Rather it is saying that work should not become an idol to us, rather our focus should be on God and seeking Him…for Messiah is the righteousness of the Kingdom of Heaven…the source of healing and all blessedness.  Even in joblessness, Messiah can and will provide for those who trust in Him for He is YHWH our Provider even as much as He is also YHWH our Salvation. The two names are so linked in fact for in being our salvation he is our eternal provider for we are joined to Him and need Him for all things, we can not produce the fruits of righteousness he seeks without abiding and continuing to be united to Him. In the midst of complete lack, those who Have YHWH as their Savior can REST ASSURED (Completely convinced through trust) that He will provide for their needs. When Elijah was in the wilderness near the brook, He was fed by God who sent ravens to give him bread and meat. God has not changed and Elijah was a man just as we are, what made all the difference for him was that He held onto God and trusted Him. It is more than possible to have perfect peace in the midst of war, for we know and trust that God the Almighty is with us.

Cleaving to God is about Faith and love which lead to faithfulness.

The Holy Scriptures testify that God is Love, they also say that God’s Steadfast love endures forever (eternal much like God himself who has always Loved and has always been).  If we want proof of this steadfast love, the best place to look is his scriptures. But particularly the account of how The Son of God…The Messenger of His Presence who created all things together with The Father and The Spirit and is the full expression and imprint of His[the Father's] Being, became flesh and lived amongst men and died to make atonement for the sins of all those who he foreknew. Before the universe was created, God in His omniscience saw that man would sin against Him and would do this freely by his own choosing. The effects of Man’s sin were foreseen by God, and He allowes it to happen in His Sovereignty. In Love he had forewarned Adam, and so Adam could either chose to listen or disobey his master…he chose the latter.  So in Love before the universe even was created by Him, He foreknew and chose and elected all those He willed to save from death. To do this He became a man so that He could atone for their sins, He then sent His Spirit to convict them of their sins and give them the faith to believe. All who hear the Gospel have this opportunity by the way!!  On the cross, Jesus knew all that are his and whom he would call unto Himself and draw unto Himself by His Spirit. Those that believe were filled with His Spirit, and the presence of The Son and the Father as the fulness of God dwelt in them. In his hand they dwell, having been freely justified by faith in the work of Messiah on the cross. Faith in Messiah is the means through which they are saved, this faith a gift from God.  Because they are his sheep who truly believe, they are in His hand and persevere to the end because His Mighty Hand keeps them safe. In Messiah’s Grace they stand and he never lets them go. Not only are their sins eternally atoned for (when we sin and confess the effectiveness of the atonement continues to be applied to us), but they stand eternally justified and shall be glorified for They are the work of God and He is glorified in His Work. On the cross, The Messiah died and later rose up from the grave. In His Love he eternally reconcilled sinners back to Himself though they do not deserve it. He cleanses, and shall glorify them with new bodies!  They will be with Him enjoying His and The Father’s splendor FOREVER. His Steadfast Love is ETERNAL! The Lord’s promises to Israel stand forever and he shall not forget her.
